HopgoodGanim Lawyers promotes 16, including one to partner

HopgoodGanim has announced 16 promotions across the firm, to take effect from 1 October.

Ivan Orola

They include new partner Ivan Orola, a career property lawyer with a practice focused on retirement living, commercial and retail property. Before joining the firm in 2018 Ivan held a senior in-house role with the Queensland Investment Corporation. He is an active member of Urban Development Institute of Australia, Property Council of Australia and Committee for Brisbane.

Kathleen Coggins and Dean Foley

Two members of the Family and Relationship Law team, Kathleen Coggins and Dean Foley, have been promoted to special counsel. Kathleen is a QLS Accredited Specialist (Family Law) and was named by Best Lawyers in Australia 2020 and 2021 for family law.

Dean is also a QLS Accredited Specialist (Family Law) and a nationally accredited mediator.

There were four promotions to senior associate:
