Moray & Agnew has announced a new round of senior promotions effective 1 July – including three Brisbane-based career moves.
Louise Hogg has been promoted to Partner – employment.
Louise Hogg
Louise has more than 10 years’ experience in employment law and industrial relations; her focus areas including discrimination, bullying and harassment, and workers’ compensation. She also has an in-depth knowledge of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and legislation regarding public service employment in Queensland, particularly in the health sector.
Jessica Pendlebury and Maja Visic have been appointed to the role of Special Counsel – insurance.
Jessica Pendlebury
Jessica practises in general insurance, personal injuries, property damage and public liability. She has a particular interest in claims involving contractual indemnities and insurance provisions, and the impact of these on indemnity and liability. Outside of Queensland, Jessica has also run matters interstate and in overseas jurisdictions, including Fiji and Hong Kong.
Maja Visic
Maja advises clients on a wide range of complex indemnity, liability and quantum issues, with a particular focus on compulsory third party claims and public liability. She has extensive experience acting for major Australian private and government CTP insurers in personal injury claims. Maja also holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management).
