Leith Helsdon
Leith has extensive experience in administrative law and litigation, and provides advice on issues of litigation strategy, statutory interpretation and decision-making as well as regulatory and criminal investigations. She regularly represents Commonwealth agencies in judicial and merits review litigation, and often appears as solicitor-advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
