The firm congratulates and welcomes to the Partnership Danielle Sweeney from the Newcastle team and George Chadwick from the Melbourne office.

Danielle Sweeney is a highly experienced lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry.

Her extensive experience includes handling compulsory third party claims, workers compensation claims and regularly representing clients in all relevant jurisdictions, including the Claims Assessment Resolution Service, Workers Compensation Commission, Personal Injury commission, District and Supreme Courts of NSW, NSW Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.
George’s key expertise involves defending professional indemnity claims against a range of professionals on behalf of insurer clients and providing insurance coverage advice.
George Chadwick
He acts on behalf of a range of individuals involved in professional indemnity disputes including accountants, pharmacists, solicitors, real estate agents, engineers, architects, valuers, councillors and land and building surveyors.
