Kate Redman & Associates opened for business on 1 October 2024.
Kate was first admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2013 and is passionate about educating her clients on legal processes while providing practical, direct advice.
Kate Redman
Kate practices in all areas of succession law including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Kate has extensive experience in succession law, including appearing at mediations and representing parties on both sides of estate disputes.
Kate also practices in health regulation law, having worked at the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and at the Office of the Health Ombudsman for several years.
Due to her background, Kate has a unique insight into this specialised area of law and maintains a strong interest in representing health practitioners facing a complaint including doctors, nurses, social workers, physiotherapists, dentists and other allied health professionals.
