Tribunal note to help transition

The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) has published a note for help practitioners navigate the transition from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Note for legal and other representatives – Tribunal processes emphasises quick resolution of applications for review.

Practitioners due to appear before the ART are expected to prepare cases on the basis that the ART will strive to deliver timely reviews.

Practitioners are also reminded that parties should not assume that a request for an adjournment will be granted, even if all parties agree about such a request.
