The Downs & South West Queensland Law Association (DSWQLA) welcomed new secretary Jon Wiedman, Director at Hede Byrne & Hall, to the executive after its annual general meeting on 6 December 2024.
The 2025 Executive is President Alysha Jacobsen, Vice President Kirstie Smith, Secretary Jon Wiedman, Treasurer Alex Edwards and Immediate Past President Bill Munro.
The General Management Committee is Darren Lewis, Sarah-Jane MacDonald, Erin McDonald, Paige Hetherington, Francene Ridley, Andrew Hemming and Daryl Dawes.
Student Liaison is Sarah Toomer.
The committee acknowledged the resignation of valued members – Sarah de Wit, Naomi Cox, Miranda Woodland and Lexi Richards – and thanked them for their considerable efforts.
