The changes to the state’s Property Law Act 2023 come into effect on 1 August 2025, and the session will consider how they will affect property sales, easements, leases and strata title schemes.
It will also explore the latest mandatory forms and highlight essential preparation for the transition.
James has more than a decade of experience in property law and conveyancing. He is Legal Practice Director of Harding Property Law and was a finalist for the 2024 Queensland Law Society’s Solicitor of the Year (Small firm 2-19 PCs) Excellence in Law Award.
