Keypoint Law has announced the appointment of Michele Davis as Consulting Principal within the firm’s wills and estates practice.
Michele Davis
Michele has more than 13 years’ experience as a wills and estates lawyer with a particular focus on succession and elder law. Her key practice areas include enduring powers of attorney, testamentary discretionary trusts, grants of probate, grants of letters of administration, collaborative practice and bespoke estate planning.
Michele is a Queensland Law Society Council member and is involved with various committees, including as Chair of the QLS Governance Committee. She is also a nationally accredited mediator, an adjunct lecturer at the College of Law and a PhD candidate in succession law with the Queensland University of Technology’s Australian Centre for Health Law Research.
