Colin Biggers & Paisley’s insurance team in Brisbane continues its expansion with five new appointments, including Special Counsel George Williams who has re-joined the practice.

The new team members are part of the expansion of Georgina Wong’s team, who became a Partner in January.
The team – which now includes solicitor Alice Elliott, and paralegals Jordon Baillie, Aidan O’Callaghan and Georgia Williams – focuses on workers compensation, institutional risk and liability, dust disease injuries and general liability.

George’s practice has a dual focus. He has extensive experience managing casualty and personal injury claims in the pre-court proceedings process and litigation. George has significant expertise in defending workplace health and safety prosecutions and assisting employers with reviews of decisions with the workers’ compensation regulator.
