Ramsden Lawyers recently celebrated its 20th anniversary at Coast Kitchen & Bar, Surfers Paradise, with speeches by partners John and Reece Ramsden.
Founded by its Managing Partner John on the Gold Coast in 2003, it began as a commercial and property law firm. In 2019, Ramsden Lawyers opened offices in Sydney and Brisbane.
The firm developed niche specialties in the streams of insolvency, tax planning, restructuring, business migration, intellectual property, commercial litigation, family law and more recently in corporate mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
The event on Friday brought together clients, staff, partners and friends of the firm to recollect past achievements. The Coast celebration featured a blend of elegance and festivity, reflecting the firm’s ethos.
Special guests in attendance included Heung Soo Kim, who has been with the firm for 20 years, and Don Dickie whom John bought the firm from in 2003.
