- Part 45 – New practice has been prescribed for the execution of titles instruments by a body corporate using the new Form 20 – BCCM Execution.
- Part 45 – Clarification given on the supporting evidence requirements for various dealing types involving a community titles scheme.
- Part 52 – New Administrative Advice introduced for notice of the termination of a community titles scheme for economic reasons.
- Part 61 – New guidance provided on the way in which an attorney who holds a specified office must execute titles instruments.
As well as the above changes to the LTPM, there are also changes to existing forms, as well as the introduction of a new form. They are accessible from the Forms page.
