The Australian Lawyers Alliance will mark 25 years of Annual Case Reviews in Brisbane later this month.
Brisbane barristers Gerard Mullins KC and Richard Douglas KC will present the review on Friday, 29 November, at Sofitel Brisbane Central, from 7am to 9am.
Gerard, of Darrow Chambers, and Richard, of Callinan Chambers, will provide a summary of practical and procedural issues in the state, and an analysis of decisions handed down by courts over the past year.
Important developments in pleading and disclosure that affect all personal injuries cases will be included.
Regional case reviews will be held in Cairns on 17 December and Toowoomba on 18 December, with the Gold Coast event to follow on 31 January next year.
