Colin Biggers & Paisley has elevated Brisbane-based Special Counsel Nadia Czachor to Partner in the Planning Government Infrastructure and Environment group.

Nadia has more than 20 years’ experience as a solicitor, with extensive experience in conducting complex planning and environment litigation, as well as drafting infrastructure agreements and local planning instruments, and advising on planning, environmental and local government law.
Her expertise is well recognised as evidenced by her inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Australia for Planning and Environmental Law from 2021 to 2025.
She holds a Master of Laws (Environmental Law) and a Bachelor of Laws. She has lectured at Bond University on property acquisition and international environmental law. She is also a seasoned presenter at seminars and has contributed to various publications, including the Oxford University Press text Energy Law in Transition: Beyond the Carbon Economy.
Nadia’s promotion is effective on 1 January 2025. Three promotions were also made in Sydney.
